Tackling Misogyny In FE

Roundtable Workshop

Misogyny, violence, and sexual harm against women and girls are rising concerns in the Further Education (FE) and skills sector. To combat this, the Department for Education (DfE) is hosting Regional Roundtable Workshops. These workshops will be led and supported by Polly Harrow (Student Support Champion, Kirklees College) and Equal Women’s Kathryn James. Each session will:

  • Identify key challenges in addressing misogyny within FE institutions.
  • Share effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Discuss resources and support needed for real change.
