Building Trust

Lightbulb Lunches

-

Let's Collaborate - Professional Development

An hour long, interactive, continuing professional development (CPD) session focused on our leadership framework of self-care, self-awareness, community, challenge, listening and learning.

Building trust within a team often requires breaking down unhealthy group dynamics. Using structured communication techniques like rounds and pairs can be highly effective. These exercises ensure everyone gets an equal opportunity to speak and be heard, regardless of their position or personality type. By giving each person the same amount of time to share their thoughts, you create a level playing field that encourages participation from all team members.
