OUR MISSION

Equal Women (formerly Women's Leadership Network) is a collective driving intersectional gender equality in workplaces, education, and lifelong learning.

We combat discrimination through non-hierarchical values and redefine leadership by empowering women to challenge workplace inequalities.

Through a range of bespoke workshops, CPD and group coaching, we inspire change and create spaces where everyone can thrive.
